In genere, i catamarani dispongono di aree salotto sia a poppa che a prua, oltre al salone, offrendo quindi ampio spazio per socializzare a bordo. I doppi scafi garantiscono una piattaforma stabile che si comporta bene in qualsiasi condizione meteorologica e all&#8217;ancora, ideale per famiglie e gruppi numerosi che si muovono liberamente all&#8217;interno dell&#8217;imbarcazione.  <\/p><p>A differenza degli yacht a vela, un catamarano, durante la navigazione, rimane piatto e non si inclina rispetto al vento.
